With a concentrative control of loop shuttle shaft by high precision ,most stable servo motor control system and radian tooth gear(approved with patent),realized a consistent work under condition that many machine head running at same  time. It improved the quality of loop stitches embroidery and production efficiency. Adopt color-changing protection device (apply for patent) to avoid the whole machine stop work when there have problem on single loop shuttle,make multi-head color changing work more reliable ,rduced the machine failure rate.

Ourself-developed sequin device have been approved with several patents,chain stitch with sequin embroidery work can reach 600 RPM. The unique cylinder guide rail frame driving system (approved with patent ) created by SHEEN company is reliable,rigid and precise,it's 3 to 5 times durable than traditional V guide rail. The finishing embroidery work is neat and bright.
